REPORTING INFRINGEMENT
If you believe material on this site or on a page we host infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@tapnestcards.com and include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The URL of the material you are asking us to remove.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
HOSTED PROFILE PAGES
Content on a hosted profile page is supplied by the business that ordered the card. We remove infringing material once a valid notice is received.
COUNTER NOTICE
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of a mistake.
