TapNest is operated by NetNest Design LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using this site or a TapNest card you agree to these terms.

Copyright 2026 NetNest Design LLC. All rights reserved. Every part of this site, including the text, layout, design, graphics, code, and the arrangement of them, is owned by NetNest Design LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, mirror, sell, or create derivative works from any part of this site without written permission. Willful copyright infringement carries statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work under 17 U.S.C. section 504(c)(2), plus legal costs. We pursue infringement.
MONITORING DISCLOSURE
This site is monitored for abuse. An ordinary visit is not logged. Copy attempts and automated access are logged with the IP address, timestamp, device details, and approximate location. A card tap records only the country and a coarse device class, never the person. Security records may be preserved as evidence and supplied to law enforcement or to a court in an infringement or abuse matter. Continuing to use the site is your consent to this monitoring.
USING TAPNEST CARDS
- A card slug is permanent. It can be repointed to a new destination, but it is never renamed or reused for a different business.
- Cards link to a public review page. We never filter, gate, or suppress reviews, and we will not build anything that does.
- You are responsible for the destination you ask us to point a card at, and for the content of any hosted profile you supply.
- Do not use TapNest to solicit false reviews, to offer anything of value in exchange for a review, or in any way that breaks the review platform rules.
Acceptable use of what you publish
This covers anything you publish through TapNest: the profile page a smart business card opens, the destination a review card points at, and anything you supply through the setup flow or any later editor.
- Be who you say you are. Profile content must describe you or your business accurately. Do not impersonate another person or business, and do not use a name, logo or likeness you have no right to use.
- Keep it lawful and honest. No unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or infringing content, and no link to a page that carries it.
- No review gating and no review incentives. A link you publish through TapNest must not lead to a page that asks how a visit went before showing the review link, decides who sees it, or offers anything of value for a review. That is the rule we hold ourselves to on our reviews policy page, and it applies to your links too.
- We may act. If content or a destination breaks these terms, we may remove the content, deactivate the card, or decline to host the page. We will tell you when we do, unless the law or the risk to others makes that unwise.
- Report abuse. Write to abuse@tapnestcards.com with the card or page link. We read every report.
SERVICE AND PLANS
Hardware is sold outright. Tap tracking comes with every card and stand, plan or no plan. TapNest Live is a yearly plan covering free repointing and replacement cards. If the plan lapses, your cards keep resolving to their last destination and your tap counts stay visible at tapnestcards.com/account, but free repointing and replacements stop.
TAPNEST LIVE SERVICE TERMS
TapNest Live is $49 per subscription year. It covers unlimited free repointing and up to 3 replacement cards per subscription year. Replacements are programmed, branded, and sent by standard shipping inside the United States at no extra charge. Once the 3 are used, further replacements are $10 each while the plan is active.
The replacement allowance resets at the start of each subscription year. It does not roll over, and unused replacements are not refundable or transferable.
Replacements cover cards that are lost, damaged, or worn, and only cards belonging to the subscriber’s own business. They are not a way to order additional cards, to rebrand a set, or to supply cards to another business. We may decline a request that falls outside that fair use.
A plan is not required to keep what you bought. Without TapNest Live your hosted profile page stays online and your card keeps resolving to its destination, and nothing you paid for is switched off. A single repointing request or a replacement card without a plan is $15 each.
For as long as TapNest operates this service, your hosted profile page and your managed tap link stay active at no charge, whether or not you hold a subscription. We will not put the link or the page for a card you already bought behind a paywall, and we will not switch one off to push a renewal.
That is what we mean elsewhere on this site when we say a card keeps working forever. It is a commitment about what we will do with what you already paid for. It is not a claim that any company lasts forever, and it does not narrow the no warranty section below.
Tap counts for your cards are visible to the email you ordered with at tapnestcards.com/account, whether or not you hold a plan. A tap is one phone opening the card’s link, counted by our server, and the counts remain estimates: a tap that never reaches our server is not counted, one phone opening the link twice is counted twice, and a count is never a count of reviews. Only Google knows who went on to write one.
Prices for further replacements, $10 with an active plan and $15 without one, may change with notice. Any change applies only to purchases made after that notice.
NO WARRANTY AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY
The service is provided as is. We do not promise any particular number of reviews, any search ranking, or any business result, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where NetNest Design LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
